We received two boxes of this as pasalubong from relatives who came all the way from Pangasinan. I only knew of the snack food version before, the one that you can buy from the grocery, and let us say
that I am now looking at Inipit in a brand new light!
This version of Inipit is so soft, while the butter and sugar on top is so yummy, it will take a good measure of strong will to eat only one. It is actually a wonder why a box is still left after a week of this in the house.
And oh, even though we kept it in the fridge, the chiffon is still as soft as ever!
