It was all our first time at the place. Since it was buffet, we immediately grab plates and dug in.
The place reminded me of Yakimix and I guess I was just so hungry at the time that I thought that City Buffet offered more varieties.
It does not have the grill. All the food were cooked so no need to wait. All you need to do is grab what you want and eat to your heart's content. That's we did. :D
I liked it here based on the sashimi, sushi and maki that they have. They also have ebi and vegetable tempura. That in itself was already worth the money I paid for. (I meant the company paid for. LOL!)
Another highlight for me was their salads. They have the usual create-your-own but they also have other types like fruit salad and potato salad.
City Buffet was also offering a lot of Filipino food and that includes sisig, bicol express, crispy liempo and baked mussels. Though I did not plan to eat rice that day (oh yes, sometimes I can), I still cannot help but sample these.

They also have buchi and turon including cream puff, brownies and the like as seen below. You can even make your own iced fruits and halo-halo, plus ice cream with all the candied toppings and M&Ms (or was it Nips?). That one though was on a different counter beside the drinks.
Look at all those happy faces after a lunch-merienda-dinner combined in one meal! All worth it for Php499. Drink-all-you-can is on top for Php50 I think. City Buffet also offer lunch for Php399.
Happy tummy! :D
