I dont know what it's called nor the brand but this ice cream sure tastes great! :)) Vanilla ice cream with a layer of mongo cream wrapped with wafer sandwich. Heaven! And it's just P40. Available at Rada mart, Rada st., Makati (sorry my bad. Initially posted this as Japanes…
